Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy is an American actor. Her birth date was June 13th in 1962. She made her acting debut as an actress in Bad Boys in 1983. In the years since, she's appeared in WarGames in 1985, The Breakfast Club in 1986 and Short Circuit in 1986. Sheedy was awarded the Independent Spirit Award Best Female Leading for her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy has been an American writer and actor for more than twenty years. She began her acting career in the film Bad Boys at the beginning in the 80s. The film of Rick Rosenthal also featured Sean Penn and Esai Morales Clancy Brown & Alan Ruck. The film's first big success was the catalyst for her to make an appearance in The Breakfast Club, a comedy-drama in 1985. John Hughes' film, written by him, was one of history's greatest high-school films. It was produced for just $1,000,000, but the film made over 50 million dollars. While she was doing this the first time on TV, her television debut took place on CBS Schoolbreak. The show targeted teenagers and began airing in April 1980. Other TV shows she appeared in are Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues. Recent appearances by Sheedy include Little Sister as well as X-Men Apocalypse, a movie that tells the story of a hero, in which she appears in a cameo. Sheedy has been recognized for her extraordinary performances won many awards. Sheedy was awarded the MTV Movie Award's silver Bucket of Excellence Award 2005.
